Grilled Tuna Rolls by Ina Garten👍
This is my latest meal passion, Ina’s Grilled Tuna Rolls. When I first became ill with autoimmune disease(s) I never ate any kind of fish (except tuna fist with lots of mayo on glutenous bread😳). So after years of changing my diet to be healthy I have slowly learned to like fish. It was a very slow process and the majority of the time I was forced into eating fish because it was the safest and only option I had when eating out.
I am so proud of myself as I discovered this recipe on my own and re-created it and absolutely love it. You take fresh salmon steaks and grill it and top it with this delicious sauce with avacados, lime juice, scallions, red onions and roasted sesame seeds. I added a tosted gf baguette.
We are currently on our motorcycle trip through the Pacific Northwest and this meal is one of the things I am looking forward in having again once we get home!
