My Favorite Egg Breakfast
The deliciousness of this breakfast is also in the easy prep and the fact I usually have all the ingredients. It’s perfect! Gluten-free baguette…. I use “Against The Grain” Brand. Toasting in the oven for about 5 minutes makes it’s crunchy and chewy. I spread a layer of garlic hummus, I love Blender Girl’s recipe (Recipe Here). It’s the garlic hummus that takes this breakfast over the top! Add a chopped up avocado and two eggs with a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and we are talking the best way to start the day! Heads up, it is messy to eat, but finger licking good!
